  Kaboom! will be released on June 12th and is a furious and unrelenting barrage of stripped-down, rhythmic R&B, funk and swinging soul. Bill Elder (a.k.a. Leo Black) is the 9-piece troupe's founder, arranger, and producer while Charles "Wigg" Walker receives the special billing as lead vocalist.

  Old-school shouter Charles Walker joins the established eight-piece Nashville based Dynamites and the union is a match made in hard funk heaven. The band is led by guitarist/producer/arranger Leo Black, who also wrote all but one of the songs on this rousing dingmiforsuledanjeleatasurgema.xyzinfo it's the ghost of James Brown that hangs heavy over this music and if you erase Walker's vocals, it's easy to hear the early 8/

  The Dynamites featuring Charles Walker is the personification of true funkiness.   This nine-piece ensemble brings a mixture of Down South rhythms with a side order of chitlin' circuit grooves that's so nasty you get the Funk Face:  that's where your mug contorts like you just smelled something nasty!
